My Article Republished by the Qingke Community

I usually just write some experience summaries and show off my writing skills from time to time. I never expected that someone would actually take a liking to my articles [facepalm]. Being able to use this opportunity to connect with more people from all walks of life in the AI circle, to share and exchange ideas, makes me feel incredibly wonderful and happy.
The funny thing is, I always felt the name “Qingke” sounded familiar. Relying on vague memories, I realized I had already followed this community on Bilibili last semester. At that time, I listened to two lectures they hosted. One was by a Peking University PhD sharing academic results on the entropy mechanism of large model RL. They conducted experiments and used a data-driven approach to model an empirical formula about entropy H and reward R: R = -a * exp(H) + b, providing a new perspective on why RL has been unable to scale up — essentially, large models trade the entropy of their answers for performance. The other lecture I followed last semester was by engineering talents from the open-source community sharing the RL infra framework they built, called RLite.
My articles never had high readership, yet Qingke was able to discover and appreciate them. I feel deeply honored, and it is also tremendous validation for me. I hold the highest respect for what the Qingke community is doing. Being able to gather good articles, good results, and good projects on the internet, and to organize young people from open-source communities and academia so that more people can learn and exchange ideas together and share unique perspectives, is inherently something worth doing. The Qingke community itself is in a growth phase, and the content they share is very硬核 (solid/technical). I hope it continues to thrive.
I also have a small recent realization: if a person wants to progress rapidly, they must know how to ride the momentum (借势). Many people, when they hear “riding the momentum,” might think it means finding people who are more capable and resourceful than you, and then engaging in social maneuvering to win opportunities. I don’t think this is entirely correct. When it comes to riding the momentum, the most important factor is not any external force — it is yourself first. Before riding the momentum, you must first make yourself valuable enough to truly ride it. Because “momentum” is precious; saying you “borrow” it is actually a form of value exchange. If so-called momentum-riding relies solely on personal connections, it doesn’t qualify as true “momentum.” As the party borrowing the momentum, you must be the one who provides value first. True “momentum” is always scarce and requires you to possess sufficient personal strength + altruistic consciousness + the drive to seize opportunities + execution power + high emotional intelligence + excellent communication and expression skills.
